一、NCA1396抬升结构2#分段振动时效处理及振动前、后应力检测

The vibration aging treatment and stress detection of the 2# segment vibration of NCA1396 uplift structure


1、2#分段测点位置(Section 2# observation points)

该分段残余应力检测时我们在分段的钢套附近焊缝上选择了六个测试点,分别进行了振动前后检测,检测位置如图所示。

The segmented residual stress testing when we near the section steel bushing on the weld chose six test points, respectively before and after the vibration test, the test position as shown.


2、2号分段振动时效处理 (2 section vibration aging treatment)

振动处理时,根据分段焊后形态将激振器的固定位置选择在分段前侧盖板的角上,二次振动选在前侧盖板的另一角上分别进行了振动处理,位置如图所示:

3、2号分段振动后应力检测情况

Stress detection and elimination of the stress after section 2 vibration

从振动时效后残余应力数据上看,平行焊缝方向(σ1)振动前应力水平为 441.16MPa, 振动后应力水平为243.31MPa ,应力变化率为-43.29%。而垂直焊缝方向(σ2)振动前应力水平为 350.16MPa, 振动后应力水平为205.57MPa ,应力变化率为-42.41%。且两个方向应力明显趋于均化,达到了国家标准要求。

Vibration aging from residual stress eliminating data parallel direction of weld (sigma 1) before the vibration should stress level for 441.16MPa, vibration should be horizontal force 243.31MPa should force changes in the rate of -43.29%. And perpendicular to the weld direction (sigma 2) before the vibration should be horizontal force 350.16MPa, vibration should be horizontal force 205.57MPa should force changes in the rate of -42.41%. And the two direction stress obviously tends to homogenization, reached the national standard.


二、结  论

1、2#分段振动后的残余应力降低了-43.29%;

2、从残余应力的降低率来看上述分段的残余应力的降低率已   达到和超过了国家行业标准JB/T10375-2002 标准中的要求,此次振动时效处理合格有效。
